APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
Kimberly Estates
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat for Kimberly Estates, a 27-lot
July 22, 1993; and
subdivision in the NE 1/4 of Section 18, was submitted on
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
Preliminary Plat and is receptive to a Final Plat being submitted
if the requirements outlined in #P.C. 171-93 are addressed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat of Kimberly Estates, a
27-lot subdivision in the NE 1/4 of Section 18.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving
and objecting agencies.
