RESOLUTION #212-93
APPROVAL OF LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
AND SOIL REMEDIATION SERVICE, INC.
WHEREAS, the City is the owner of property, known as Lot 2, in
the Muskego Industrial Park and Soil Remediation Service, Inc.
desires to lease said premises from the City for the purpose of
soil remediation; and
WHEREAS, the attached Lease outlines the terms and conditions of
said agreement between the City of Muskego and Soil Remediation
Service, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the lease agreement, as amended,
between the City of Muskego and Soil Remediation Service, Inc.
subject to approval of the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to
execute lease agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any site preparation work done prior
to the execution of the agreement is to be done at the
contractor's own risk.
