CCR1993209COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #209-93 AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF DOCUMENT GRANTING EASEMENT TO WEPCO WHEREAS, Wisconsin Electric Power Co. has requested an eight foot easement which will run through Denoon Park to allow installation of underground services; and WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Board have reviewed and recommended approval; and WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has also recommended approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby authorize the execution of document granting an eight foot easement to Wisconsin Electric Power Co. which will run through Denoon Park to allow installation of underground services. Purpose: The purpose of this easement is to install, operate, maintain and replace underground utility facilities, conduit and cables, 1, together with all necessary and appurtenant equipment under and above ground, as deemed necessary by grantees, all to transmit electric energy, signals and telecommunication and telephone service.
