Le May's Long Lake Acres - Town of Norway
APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat for Le May's Long Lake Acres, a
Norway, was approved by the Common Council of the City of Muskego
13-lot subdivision in the NE 1/4 of Section 7 in the Town of
on April 13, 1993; and
WHEREAS, A Revised Preliminary Plat for Le May's Long Lake Acres
of Norway was submitted on July 27, 1993 to meet the requirements
for a 12-lot subdivision in the NE 1/4 of Section 7 in the Town
of the Racine County Division of Planning and Development; and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
Revised Preliminary Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Revised Preliminary Plat for Le May's
Long Lake Acres, a 12-lot subdivision in the NE 1/4 of Section 7
in the Town of Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving
and objecting agencies.
