APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on June 28, 1993 to
finalize a one-parcel division of the Ingold property on Westwood
Drive in the SE 1/4 of Section 9; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
the vacating of the two lots known as Tax Key Nos. 2196.953.001
and 2196.953.002.
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
one-parcel division of the Ingold property on Westwood Drive in
the SE 1/4 of Section 9 subject to the vacating of the two lots
known as Tax Key Nos. 2196.953.001 and 2196.953.002.
