APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Ludwig/Strampe
WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on May 5, 1993 to
Mystic Drive in the SW 1/4 of Section 11; and
finalize a 3-parcel division of the Ludwig/Strampe property on
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
a dedication being made on Parcel 1, as recommended by the Public
Works Committee, for the realignment of Mystic Drive, and that
Parcel 1 have access only off of Mystic Drive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
3-parcel division of the Ludwig/Strampe property on Mystic Drive
Parcel 1 for the realignment of Mystic Drive, and that Parcel 1
in the SW 1/4 of Section 11 subject to a dedication being made on
have access only off of Mystic Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance
and approval of the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution is further subject to
City of Muskego and acceptance of same by the property owners.
