RESOLUTION #190-93
Authorizing Execution of Professional Services Agreement
and the City of Muskego
(Ground Water Exploration Project)
between Northern Environmental Technologies, Inc.
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has selected Northern Environmental
Technologies, Inc. to conduct Phase I of a groundwater
exploration project; and
WHEREAS, Public Utilities Committee has recommended approval of
Project . $4,500 for Phase I (Geologic Reconnaissance Study) of the
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities
Committee, does hereby authorize the execution of Professional
Services Agreement between Northern Environmental Technologies,
Inc. and the City of Muskego to conduct Phase I (Geologic
Reconnaissance Study) of a groundwater exploration project
subject to the approval of the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Paragraph 12 of the Professional
Services Agreement needs to be revised to add language requiring
work done if subcontracted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to
sign the necessary documents in the name of the City.
