APPROVAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS

WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted by Robert and Linda Hansen
for legal lot status of Tax Key No. 2176.167 and #2176.165 on
Muskego Drive; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
certain land transfers being done by Certified Survey Map or
Plat, a 5‘ road right-of-way dedication on Muskego Drive and a 10
foot drainage easement on the east property line of Tax Key
#2176.165, if necessary, and
WHEREAS, if said conditions of the Plan Commission are met, the
resulting size of the lots would meet the legal requirements of
the RS-3/0ED District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby grant legal status to Lots #2176.165 and #2176.167
on Muskego Drive subject to all land transfers being done by
Certified Survey Map or Plat, a 5‘ road right-of-way dedication
on Muskego Drive and a 10 foot drainage easement on the east
property line of Tax Key No. 2176.165, if necessary.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the existing drainage easement to the
relocated to just north of what will be the new lot line. This
