RESOLUTION TO RETAIN SPECIAL COUNSEL TO REPRESENT THE
CITY OF MUSKEG0 IN REGARDS TO MATTERS INVOLVING
TERRA DEVELOPMENT AND CARITY LAND DEVELOPMENT

WHEREAS, the City of Muskego requires representation regarding

City Attorney Don Molter‘s wife is married to William Carity,
one of the primary representatives of Terra Development; and
WHEREAS, the City being represented by the City Attorney in
such matters may give the appearance of impropriety to the
City Attorney‘s law firm and the City of Muskego.
