AMENDMENT TO DEPOSIT AND FORFEITURE SCHEDULE
(Orderly Conduct)
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation and review of the Police Chief and
in accordance with Chapter 1.06(3)(c) of the Municipal Code, and
Finance Committee, does hereby approve the following amendment
to the Deposit & Forfeiture Schedule adopted June 8, 1993.
CHAPTER 9 - ORDERLY CONDUCT
Amend to Add $50/$100 for Second and Third Offenses Committed Within
One Year for Violations of:
9.161.573 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Juvenile)
9.161.574 Manufacture or Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia (Juvenile)
9.161.575 Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia (Juvenile)
