RESOLUTION #174-93
RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH BOARD OF APPEALS FILING FEE
WHEREAS, Ordinance #804, amending Chapter 17 Section 3.08(3)A. of
the Municipal Code, provides that the fee for filing a notice of
appeal to the Board of Appeals be as from time to time established
by Resolution of the Common Council; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the existing
$35.00 fee be changed to $80.00.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby
establish a fee for filing a notice of appeal to the Board of
Appeals effective upon passage and publication of Ordinance #804.
