RETURN OF NON-SUFFICIENT FUND CHECKS
RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH FEE FOR
WHEREAS, at the present time the City does not have a policy or
a charge for checks that are returned as a result of
non-sufficient funds; and
WHEREAS, the City incurs a fee for non-sufficient fund checks
and is not recovering those funds; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that a $20
charge be established for the return of all non-sufficient fund
checks.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby establish a $20 fee for the return of
all non-sufficient fund checks.
