RESOLUTION #170-93
APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO LOAN FUND APPLICATION AMOUNT
(Country Wetlands Nursery)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego is a participant in the Revolving
Loan Fund (RLF) Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego approved the
amount of $20,000 on May 25, 1993; and
loan application submitted by Country Wetlands Nursery in the
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested that the legal costs
associated with the preparation of the closing documents ($500)
and loan origination fee ($200) be added to the $20,000 loan
amount previously approved; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve an additional $700 to the $20,000
loan previously approved for Country Wetlands Nursery.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the amount of private matching funds
provided by Country Wetlands Nursery would be increased to
$20,700.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to sign any documents in the name of the City
