RESOLUTION TO REJECT ALL BIDS AND REBID PROJECT
Handicap Accessible Fishing Pier - Idle Isle
WHEREAS, the City advertised for bids for the Handicap Accessible
Fishing Pier Project at Idle Isle, and the following bids were received:

Shoremaster
Aqua-Doc

WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has rejected the two high bids and the
the second low bid was invalid because it arrived after the bid
required bid security was not submitted by the apparent low bidder, and
opening; and
WHEREAS, the Parks Director and the Finance Committee have recommended
to rebid the Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Parks Director and the Finance
Committee, does hereby reject all bids submitted and approve rebidding othe Project.
