APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
Lakeview Highlands North Subdivision
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat for Lakeview Highlands North
Subdivision, a 39 single family lot subdivision in the SW 1/4 of
Section 5, was submitted on April 29, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
Preliminary Plat and will be receptive to a Final Plat being
amended and adopted June 15, 1993, being addressed.
submitted subject to the conditions of Resolution #P.C. 113-93,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat of Lakeview Highlands
North Subdivision, a 39 single family lot subdivision in the SW
1/4 of Section 5.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all armroving " e and objecting agencies.
