APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Kwik Trip, Inc.
WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted for Kwik Trip,
Inc. on January 22, 1993 to finalize a two-parcel division of
the property in the SE 1/4 of Section 8 and the NE 1/4 of
Section 17; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council defeated a Resolution to approve the
Certified Survey Map on March 9, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the Pian Commission has recommended re-approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
two-parcel division of the property in the SE 1/4 of Section 8
and the NE 1/4 of Section 17.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to approval
of an amended Building, Site and Operational Plan by the Plan
Commission due to the revised architectural appearance of the
structure to be placed on Parcel 2 of this Certified Survey Map.
