APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
Lutsch Estates
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat for Lutsch Estates, a 10 single
family lot and one outlot subdivision in the NE 1/4 of Section
11, was submitted on April 29, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
Preliminary Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat of Lutsch Estates, a 10
single family lot and one outlot subdivision in the NE 1/4 of
Section 11.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving
and objecting agencies.
