RESOLUTION #147-93
RE-APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Kablitz
WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on March 26, 1993
to finalize a four-parcel division of the Kablitz property on
Woods Road in the SW 1/4 of Section 17; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission and Common Council had previously
approved the Certified Survey Map and the Plan Commission has
recommended re-approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby re-approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
four-parcel division of the Kablitz property on Woods Road in
the SW 1/4 of Section 17.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this re-approval is subject to
receipt of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the deferral of all sewer and water
assessments on this property deferred under the 150' policy will
end at the time this Certified Survey Map is signed by the City,
unless a proration of assessment is approved in accordance with
the policies of the City.
