APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on May 7, 1993 to
finalize a two-parcel division of the Chester and Virgina
Spitzner property on Woods Road in the SW 1/4 of Section 17; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
wetlands and shoreland/wetlands and the proposed boundary of the
the Certified Survey Map depicting the present location of
wetlands and shoreland/wetlands, subject to deed restrictions
stating that Lot 5 cannot further subdivided without a perc test
and that Lot 5 is required to have a perc test if the dwelling
is to be built beyond 300' of Woods Road, and that a note be
placed on the face of the Certified Survey Map stating that no
from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Planning Commission
filling of the shoreland/wetlands can occur and that approval
and a City Fill Permit (with erosion control plan) be obtained
prior to filling the wetlands.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
property on Woods Road in the SW 1/4 of Section 17 subject to two-parcel division of the Chester and Virginia Spitzner
approval of a master grading plan being submitted and approved
by the City Engineers and Public Works Committee and all the
other conditions noted above.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the deferral Of all sewer and Water
assessments on this property deferred under the 150' policy will
end at the time this certified survey map is signed by the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
