APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Lutsch Estate
WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on May 5, 1993 to
Estate on Woods Road in the NE 1/4 of Section 11; and
finalize a four-parcel division of the property for the Lutsch
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
a master grading plan for Lots 1, 2, and 3 being submitted and
approved by the City Engineers and the Public Works Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
four-parcel division of the property for the Lutsch Estate on
Woods Road in the NE 1/4 of Section 11 subject to approval of a
master grading plan as noted above.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
