WHEREAS, Jay W. Richards, resident of the City of
Muskego and Sophomore and Honor Student at Muskeog High
February 22, 1993; and
School, has reached the highest Scout rank of Eagle on
WHEREAS, this achievement came about as a result of years
of service and dedication to the Code of the Boy Scouts
of America; and
WHEREAS, Jay has served as senior Patrol Leader; he is
the recipient of the Powderhorn Training Award and was
elected to the Order of the Arrow; he will be serving his
Training; Jay will be part of the Boy Scouts National
second year on the leadership staff for Pine Tree
Jamboree this summer where he will serve as Assistant
Senior Patrol Leader; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego wishes
to recognize the achievement of Jay W. Richards.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego does hereby commend Jay W. Richards
for achieving the rank of Eagle Scout.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council also
wishes to acknowledge and applaud the efforts required to
reach this Eagle Scout rating.
