AWARDING OF BID
Parks Garage Interior Restoration
WHEREAS, the City advertised for bids for the Parks Garage Interior
Restoration Project, and the following bids were received:
Math Starck & Sons $119,810.00
KS Remodelers 125,633.00
WHEREAS, the Parks Director, Parks & Recreation Board and Finance
Committee have recommended approval of the bid from Matt Starck & Sons
for the Parks Garage Interior Restoration Project in the amount of
$119,810.00 with the deletion of items totaling $5,100 from the
contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council Of the City Of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Parks Directors, Parks &
bid from Matt Starck & Sons for the Parks Garage Interior Restoration
Recreation Board and the Finance Committee, does hereby accept the low
Mayor to execute a change order for $5,100 to delete items recommended
Project in the amount of $119,810.00 and does hereby authorize the
by the Parks & Recreation Board.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City, and are
further authorized to sign any change orders at their discretion upon
recommendation of the PSI Design.
