APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on April 9, 1993
Thode Drive in the SW 1/4 of Section 26; and
to finalize a three-parcel division of the Kopac property on
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
obtaining a copy of the mound system approval letter for the 10-
acre and 8-acre parcels from Waukesha County prior to recording
the Certified Survey Map, a note being placed on the face of the
Certified Survey Map stating that the remaining parcel is not
buildable until a favorable perc test is received by the City, .
incorporation of Parcel 3 into the legal description for the
lands west of Thode Drive, the mound locations to be shown on
the Certified Survey Map and delineation of the wetlands on the
Certified Survey Map.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
Certified Survey Map to finalize a three-parcel division of the
subject to the conditions stated above, does hereby approve the
Kopac property on Thode Drive in the SW 1/4 of Section 26.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
