RESOLUTION #108-93
0 APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP, SUBDIVIDER'S AGREEMENT AND
LETTER OF CREDIT (PUFALL)
WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on April 21, 1992
and Marvelyn Pufall in the SW 1/4 of Section 9; and
to finalize a four-parcel division of the property for Lester
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission recommended approval on May 19,
1992 and re-approved the Certified Survey Map on April 6, 1993;
and
WHEREAS, a Subdivider's Agreement and Letter of Credit have been
received, as attached, and the Finance Committee has recommended
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
Pufall in the SW 1/4 of Section 9.
four-parcel division of the property of Lester and Marvelyn
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Subdivider's Agreement, as
amended, and Letter of Credit, as attached, are hereby approved
subject to approval of the City Attorney and City Engineeer, all
of said approvals to be obtained within thirty (30) days of the
date of approval of this Resolution or the same will be null and
void.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
