RESOLUTION #107-93
APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP, SUBDIVIDER'S AGREEMENT AND
LETTER OF CREDIT (GRATZEK)
WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on February 19,
1993 to finalize a four-parcel division of the property for Carl
Gratzek of Roth Builders in the SW 1/4 of Section 9; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission recommended approval on March 2,
and
1993 and re-approved the Certified Survey Map on April 6, 1993;
WHEREAS, a Subdivider's Agreement and Letter of Credit have been
received, as attached, and the Finance Committee has recommended
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
four-parcel division of the property for Carl Gratzek of Roth
Builders in the SW 1/4 of Section 9.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Subdivider's Agreement, as
amended, and Letter of Credit, as attached, are hereby approved
subject to approval of the City Attorney and City Engineeer, all
of said auurovals to be obtained within thirty (30) days of the
date of approval of this Resolution or the saie'wiil be null and
void.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
