EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO WILLIAM T. SIMMONS
WHEREAS, WILLIAM T. SIMMONS has served as Alderman
of the Second District since 1989; and
WHEREAS, during his tenure in office, in addition to
serving as a member of the Common Council, ALDERMAN
SIMMONS has served on various committees, including
Chairman of the Public Safety Committee and
Co-Chairman of the Public Utilities Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council wishes to acknowledge the
diligence and dedication with which ALDERMAN SIMMONS
represented the people of the Second District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council
WILLIAM T. SIMMONS' four years of service to his
