APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
Waubeesee Lake Park Estates
Town of Norway
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat for Waubeesee Lake Park Estates, a
6-lot subdivision in the NE 1/4 of Section 18, was submitted on
March 25, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
Preliminary Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat of Waubeesee Lake Park
Estates, a 6-lot subdivision in the NE 1/4 of Section 18 in the
Town of Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving
and objecting agencies.
