EXTENSION OF ENTERPRISE DRIVE
AWARDING OF BID
WHEREAS, the City advertised for bids for the Extension of Enterprise
Drive Project, and the following bids were received:

Base Bid
$131,734.70
Alternate hid
No Bid
Mainline Sewer Water $121,745.00 $ 5,060 Paving Mix & Constr. $128,866.55 $ 6,578
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Public Works has recommended that the
Mandatory Alternate Bid for 1 1/2" Bituminous Surface Course not be
awarded so that the final lift of asphalt for Enterprise Drive Extended
will be laid at a later date with the rest of the Industrial Park.
WHEREAS, the City engineers and the Public Works Committee have
recommended approval of the low bid from Mainline Sewer & Water for the
Extension of Enterprise Drive Project in the amount of $121,745.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the City Engineers and the Public
Works Committee, does hereby accept the low bid from Mainline Sewer &
Water for the Extension of Enterprise Drive Project in the amount of
$121,745.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City, and are
further authorized to sign any change orders at their discretion upon
recommendation of the City Engineers.

$121,745.00 contingent upon the passage of Resolution #85-93 becoming an
agreement of the parties and the grant being obtained by May 15, 1993.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to
sign the necessary documents in the name of the City if the agreement
contained in Resolution #85-93 is made final, and are further authorized
City Engineers.
