ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTE FOR UTILITIES TRUCK
WHEREAS, quotes have been obtained as follows for a new utility
truck which was approved through the budget process:
Hiller Ford
Badger Ford
$15,881.00
17,838.00
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Committee has recommended that the
quote submitted by Hiller Ford for a cost of $15,881.00 for the
purchase of a new utility truck be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council Of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities
Committee, does hereby accept the quote of Hiller Ford for a
cost of $15,881.00 for the purchase of a new utility truck.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Utilities Superintendent is
hereby authorized to execute the necessary legal documents in
the name of the City.
