PARTIAL ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS

WHEREAS, Section I11 of the Subdivider's Agreement dated May 14,
required in the Agreement and dedicate the same to the City, and
1992, requires the developer to complete the improvements
WHEREAS, the City shall accept said dedication if said
Agreement and as required by applicable City ordinances and
improvements have been completed as required by the Subdivider's
other applicable laws and as approved by the City Engineers, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Department has advised that all of the
above requirements have been met, and
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Committee has recommended

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities
Committee, does hereby accept the dedication of the partial
improvement of lift station and sewer main in accordance with
the Subdivider's Agreement dated May 14, 1992.
