ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
AND RUEKERT & MIELKE FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
WHEREAS, an Agreement was submitted to the City of Muskego for
engineering services to be performed by Ruekert & Mielke; and
WHEREAS, Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the Agreement between the City
of Muskego and Ruekert & Mielke for engineering services
subject to approval of the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City.
