LEVYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENT #26-89 (DE BACK)
RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE FINAL RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Condition No. 1 of Resolution #204-92, as amended,
required payment of a sewer assessment in the amount of
$10,345.55 within 90 days of the adoption of Ordinance #765
(adopted 8/25/92); and
WHEREAS, Resolution #297-92 granted an extension of 120 days
$10,345.55; and
for the payment of the sewer assessment in the amount of
WHEREAS, the extension of Enterprise Drive is still being
reviewed and the 120-day extension granted by Resolution
#297-92 will expire April 7, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of an
additional 120-day extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the
Committee, does hereby grant an additional extension of 120
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
days from the date of this Resolution for the payment of the
sewer assessment of $10,345.55.
