RESOLUTION #59-93
RESOLUTION AS TO REVISED PRELIMINARY PLAT
Plum Creek Addition #1 and Plum Creek East
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat for Plum Creek Subdivision, a
231-unit subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 17, was approved
by the Common Council of the City of Muskego on July 14, 1992;
and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission approved a sketch for an amended
Preliminary Plat on September 15, 1992; and
WHEREAS, a Revised Preliminary Plat for Plum Creek Addition #1
and Plum Creek East in the NW 1/4, NE 1/4 and the SE 1/4 of
Section 17 was submitted on January 15, 1993 for 175 dwelling
units. The Revised Preliminary Plat substantially conforms to
the approved sketch and contains a portion of the land contained
in the original Preliminary Plat; and
WHEREAS, Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
Preliminary Plat subject to a City Attorney opinion.
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has not recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer the Revised Preliminary Plat
of Plum Creek Addition #1 and Plum Creek East to Plan Commission
for additional review and recommendation. 0
