ACCEPTANCE OF SCOPE OF SERVICES FOR THE RETROFIT OF
THE PARKLAND PONDS
WHEREAS, a request for qualifications and proposed scope of
services for engineering design services for “Retro-fit of the
Freedom Square Urban Stormwater Detention Basin“ Project was
advertised, and the following submitted bids:
Ruekert & Mielke $6,700 R. A. Smith & Assoc., Inc. 6,000
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended approval of
the Proposed Scope of Services from R. A. Smith & Assoc., Inc.
for an amount not to exceed $6,000 and to allow an additional
$700 to be available for soil borings, bid specifications and
regulatory permits.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public W,orks
Committee, does hereby accept the Proposed Scope of Services for
the Retrofit of the Freedom Square Urban Stormwater Detention
Basin Project from R. A. Smith & Assoc., Inc. in the amount of
$6,000 and to allow an additional $700 to be available for soil
borings, bid specifications and regulatory permits.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute subsequent contract between the City of
Muskego and R. A. Smith & Assoc., Inc.
