AWARDING OF BID
Jensen Lift Station Modification 0 WHEREAS, the City advertised for bids for the Jensen Lift Station
Modification Project, and the following bids were received:

Rawson Contractors, Inc.
Mainline Sewer & Water, Inc.
Rock Contractors, Inc.

WHEREAS, the City engineers and the Public Utilities Committee have
recommended approval of the low base bid from Underground Pipeline, Inc.
for the project in the amount of $42,527.50; and
WHEREAS, in addition to the base bid, Underground Pipeline, Inc. has
bid an additional $875 for sod in place of topsoil in the park area,
and the City engineers and the Public Utilities Committee have
recommended approval of the sod in place of topsoil.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Utilities Committee, does hereby accept the low base bid from
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the City Engineers and the Public
Underground Pipeline, Inc. in the amount of $42,527.50 and an
additional $815 for the use of sod in place of topsoil for the Jensen
Lift Station Modification subject to approvals of the DNR and MMSD.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City, and are
recommendation of the City Engineers.
