RESOLUTION #49-93
A RESOLUTION TO DISSOLVE TAX INCREMENTAL DISTRICT NO. 3
WHEREAS, the City created Tax Incremental District NO. 3 in
January, 1979, and adopted a project plan that year; and
WHEREAS, the City's goal was to promote development through
implementation of the plan; and
WHEREAS, the City was successful in its efforts to promote the
desired development resulting in Tax Incremental District #3;
and
WHEREAS, the City has received aggregate tax increments in an
amount equal to the aggregate of all project costs under the
project plan; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to dissolve Tax
Incremental District #3.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council Of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby dissolve Tax Incremental District No. 3.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall notify the
Department of Revenue that Tax Incremental District #3 has been

dissolved by forwarding a copy of this Resolution to it by
