RESOLUTION #44-93
AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF THE 1993-1995 LABOR AGREEMENT
BETWEEN LOCAL 2414 AFSCME AND THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
Telecommunicators Unit
WHEREAS, a settlement has been reached between the negotiators
for the City of Muskego and the negotiators for the City Hall/
Telecommunicators Unit of Local 2414, AFSCME; and
WHEREAS, the members of the City/Hall Telecommunicators Unit of
Local 2414, AFSCME have ratified the agreement; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute
the settlement agreement as attached between the
Telecommunicators Unit of Local 2414, AFSCME, and the City of
Muskego for the period of January 1, 1993 through December 31,
1995.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign the amended labor agreement for 1993-1995.
