CCR1993043COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO RESOLUTION #43-93 ADDENDUM TO 1993-1995 MUSKEG0 POLICE ASSOCIATION AGREEMENT WHEREAS, at the time of the approval of agreement with Muskego Norway School District for the Liaison Officer, Resolution 226-92 adopted August 25, 1992 it was determined that the salary of the Liaison Officer would be determined through the negotiation process; and WHEREAS, the salary was created for the Liaison Officer and included in the 1993-1995 contract, but the settlement agreement did not address the retroactive status of the position to August 31, 1992; and WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of an addendum to the 1993-1995 Police Association Agreement to of 1993 for the Liaison Officer to become affective August 31, include language to allow payment of the salary negotiated as 1992, less the 4% 1993 increase. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council Of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance, Committee, does hereby authorize the Mayor to sign the attached addendum to the Muskego Police Association Agreement for January 1, 1993 thru December 31, 1995, as attached. This salary less the 4% increase effective January 1, 1993 or $1448.23 shall be paid to the school Liaison Officer effective August 31, 1992 thru December 31, 1992. Article VI1 - HEALTH AND WELFARE Add the following paragraph under "Health Insurance" category: All full time and regular part-time employees who have incurred Wisconsin Retirement regulations, shall be allowed to enroll in a work-related full disability according to Social Security or applicable), with the disabled employee to pay the premium for the health insurance plan offered by the City (family plan if said coverage, with no minimum length of service or age limitation required.
