RESOLUTION #41-93
AUTHORIZATION TO FUND ENGINEERING STUDY
(Moorland Road)
WHEREAS, it has been requested that an engineering study be done
County "00"; and
to determine the upgrading of Durham Drive from Woods Road to
WHEREAS, it has been further requested that an engineering study
be done to study the southerly extension to Woods Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize funding of engineering studies
to be done to determine the upgrading of Durham Drive from Woods
Woods Road with cost to be charged to the 1993 Engineering
Road to County "00" and to study the southerly extension to
Account in an amount not to exceed $ -0- .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this fundinq should not be

authorized due to the transportation st;dy
