AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 16
PLUMBING PERMIT FEES
WHEREAS, Chapter 16, Section 16.07(2) of the Municipal Code
provides that fees for plumbing permits shall be as from time
to time established by Resolution of the Common Council; and
WHEREAS, the Public Safety Committee and Finance Committee have
recommended that certain changes be made in the permit fees
presently established for the installation of plumbing
equipment in the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby amend Chapter 16, Section 16.07(1) as follows:
