CCR1993034COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #34-93 APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT Rufus Lowe Subdivision WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat for Rufus Lowe Subdivision, a Seven single family lot subdivision, with one outlot, in the NE 1/4 of Section 18, was submitted on January 27, 1993; and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat and will be receptive to a Final Plat being submitted subject to the conditions specified in Resolution #P.C. 24-93. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat of Rufus Lowe Subdivision, a seven single family lot subdivision, with one outlot, in the NE 1/4 of Section 18. WHEREAS, The sketch was approved subject to the lot layout meeting the requirements of the RS-1/OPD Zoning District, and WHEREAS, The Preliminary Plat substantially conforms to the previously approved sketch wherein the lots meet the minimum size and width requirements of the RS-1/OPD Zoning District requirements. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the Preliminarv Plat for Rufus Lowe Subdivision in the NE 1/4 of 0 Section 18 and-will be receptive to a Final Plat being submitted subject to: 1.
