AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 16
PLUMBING PERMIT FEES
WHEREAS, Chapter 16, Section 16.07(2) of the Municipal Code
provides that fees for plumbing permits shall be as from time
to time established by resolution of the Common Council; and
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Committee has recommended that a
change be made in the permit fee presently established for well
abandonment in the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon recommendation of the Public Utilities
Committee, does hereby amend Chapter 16, Section 16.07(1) as
follows:
