CCR1993024COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #24-93 APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT Foxboro North Subdivision WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat for Foxboro North Subdivision, a December 18, 1992; and 35-lot. subdivision in the SW 1/4 of Section 11, was submitted on WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat and will be receptive to a Final Plat being submitted subject to the conditions specified in Resolution #P.C. 14-93. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat of Foxboro North Subdivision, a 35-lot subdivision in the SW 1/4 of Section 11. of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt and objecting agencies. 0 DATED THIS 9TH DAY OF FEBRUARY , 1993. Resolution #24-93 which was adopted by the Common Council of the 2/93jmb RESOLUTION #P.C. 14-93 APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR FOXBORO NORTH SUBDIVISION IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 11 FOR KOSOBUCKI BROTHERS 1992, to divide property in the SW 1/4 of Section 11 into thirty-five single family lots with RS-2 zoning, and WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat was submitted on December 18, 208-92 subject to; deed restrictions being placed on lots adjacent to Woods Road to restrict access to Woods Road, suitable access being provided to the WEPCO Right-of-way between lots 15 and 16, the bike path being installed at the same time as the first lift of asphalt, and WHEREAS, The sketch was approved through Resolution #P.c. WHEREAS, The Preliminary Plat substantially conforms to the previously approved sketch wherein the lots meet the minimum size and width requirements for the proposed use and zoning district requirements. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the Preliminary Plat for Foxboro North Subdivision in the SW 1/4 of Section 11 and will be receptive to a Final Plat being submitted subject to: 1. The City Engineers comments of December 22, 1992 being addressed on the Final Plat with the exception of items 6, 7, and 8 which must be addressed through the Public Works and Public Utilities Committees. 2. Addressing the items from Waukesha County Park and Planning and the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection. to restrict access to Woods Road, suitable access being provided 3. Deed restrictions being placed on lots adjacent to Woods Road to the WEPCO Right-of-way between lots 15 and 16, and the bike path being installed at the same time as the first lift of asphalt.
