APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on January I, 1993
to finalize a 2-parcel division of the Stephanie Sonnentag
property at S106 W16105 Loomis Drive in the SE 1/4 of Section 34
and the SW 1/4 of Section 35; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
2-parcel division of the Stephanie Sonnentag property at ,5106
W16105 Loomis Drive in the SE 1/4 of Section 34 and SW 1/4 of
Section 35.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
