AUTHORIZE EXPENDITURE OF PARK DEDICATION FUNDS
(Jensen Ball Field Renovation)
WHEREAS, the following quotes were obtained for the Jensen Park
baseball field renovation:
Western Landscaping Natural Athletic Turf
$8,810.25
9,565.00
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the quote
submitted from Western Landscaping in the amount of $8,810.25
for the renovation be accepted noting amount does not exceed the
budgeted amount and it will be paid for with park dedication
funds .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the payment of $8,810.25 from
Park Dedication Funds for the Jensen Park baseball field
renovation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute the necessary documents in the name of the
City subject to the approval of the City Attorney.
