RESOLUTION #12-93
AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF WATER MAIN EASEMENT FROM WEPCO
(Kristin Downs to Meadow Green West)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego desires to install a water main
Green West; and
across a WEPCO right of way connecting Kristin Downs and Meadow
WHEREAS, a document needs to be executed to grant the City an
easement from WEPCO; and
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Committee has recommended
approval.
City of Muskego, upon recommendation of the Public Utilities
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
Committee, does hereby authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to
execute the easement document granting the City of Muskego an
easement from WEPCO to install a water main connecting Kristin
Downs and Meadow Green West.
