RESOLUTION TO INCORPORATE WELFARE COMMITTEE’S
FINANCIAL REQUIREMENT IN THE CONDITIONAL USE FOR
FUTURE PARKLAND LANDFILL
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego approved an
expansion to Conditional Use Grant #96 to add two additional
waste streams to include lime desulfurization slag and
demolition materials from Briggs E, Stratton Operation Plants at
Future Parkland Landfill on January 19, 1993 upon approval of
Public Welfare Committee and Common Council as to the amount of
the annual fee; and
WHEREAS, the Public Welfare Committee has determined the annual
fee for this expansion to be $7,500. Payments are due January

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon recommendation of the Public Welfare
Committee, does hereby approve the annual fee of $12,000 for
the expansion of the Conditional Use Grant #96, with the fee to
disposed of at the Future Parkland Landfill after December 31,
2002 based on the representations of the landfill operator that
not the two additional waste streams are disposed of at the
