CCR19930058 COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO RESOLUTION #5-93 BETWEEN THE PUBLIC WORKS AND UTILITIES DEPARTMENTS AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF THE LABOR AGREEMENT AND THE CITY OF MUSKEGO 1/1/93 - 12/31/95 WHEREAS, a settlement has been reached between the negotiators the Public Works and Utilities Departments; and for the City of Muskego and the negotiators for the employees of WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed the agreement and recommends approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance between the employees of the Public Works and Utilities Committee, does hereby approve the attached Settlement Agreement Departments and the City of Muskego for the period of January 1, 1993 through December 31, 1995. Sanders This is to certify that this is a true and accurate copy of Resolution #5-93 which was adopted by the Common Council of the City of Muskego. 1/93jmb PUBLIC WORKS SETTLEMENT 1993-1994-1995 e ARTICLE 111, PROBATIONARY PERIOD 3.04 New employees shall be eligible for paid holidays and health insurance after one (1) month of employment, and life insurance on the first of the month following one (1) month Of employment. ARTICLE IV, RETIREMENT PROGRAM 4.02 The Employer agrees to pay the employee's cost of administrating the pension plan. ARTICLE V, WAGES & BENEFITS 5.01 Salary Increase of 4% per year for 1993, 1994 and 1995 ARTICLE XVII - INSURANCE Section 17.02 to be replaced with the following concept: 17.02 - The City agrees to pay the entire cost of CompCare Point-of-Service Option I1 Health Plan effective 01-01-93. If there is any change in the Health Care Provider during the term of this agreement, the replacing coverage shall be equal to or greater than the bemfits in effect during 1993. In addition, there shall be no increase in the eo-pay maximum during the term of this agreement. Employees who may do so, but will need to pay the difference opt to enroll in Compare Point-of-Service Option I between the two options. ARTICLE XVIII - SAFETY EQUIPMENT 18.05 All members of the Public Works Department and the Public Utility Department shall be provided, per year, a $60.00 safety shoe reimbursement. ARTICLE XXVII - TERMINATION OR AMENDMENT OF AGREEMENT 27.04 This Agreement shall be effective as of January 1, 1993 and shall remain in full force and effect up to and including December 31, 1995.
