CCR1993004COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO RESOLUTION #4-93 AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF THE LABOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE MUSKEGO POLICE ASSOCIATION AND THE CITY OF MUSKEGO 1/1/93 - 12/31/95 WHEREAS, a settlement has been reached between the negotiators Police Association; and for the City of Muskego and the negotiators for the Muskego WHEREAS, the members of the Muskego Police Association have ratified the agreement; and WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed the agreement and recommends approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve the attached Settlement Agreement between the Muskego Police Association and the City of Muskego for the period of January 1, 1993 through December 31, 1995. If there is any change in the Health Care Provider during the term of this agreement, the replacing coverage shall be equal to or greater than the benefits in effect during 1993 In addition, there shall be no increase in the co-pay maximum during the term of this agreement. Employees who opt to enroll in "Compcare Point of Service, Option I", may do so, but will need to pay for the difference between the two options. 1,301 34 1,390 33 1,481 48 1,353 39 1,445 94 1,540,74 Section 1 - LonEevity/Health Insurance Paragraph G On January 1st of 1993, 1994, and 1995, the City agrees to deposit into this fund the value of one sick day for each employee, with this day being subtracted from each employee's sick leave account. For employees hired during the calendar year, they shall have a sick leave day subtracted from their sick leave account on December 31st of that year, with the value of the day being added to the fund, ARTICLE X - TIME OFF FOR FUNERALS Section 1 - In the event of the death of any employee's mother, father, spouse, child, brother, or sister, three (3) days leave of absence with pay shall be granted. In the event of the death of any employee's grandparents, or spouses immediate family, up to three (3) days leave of absence with pay will be granted for the purpose of making funeral arrangements or attendance at funeral. Section 2 - Spouse's immediate family shall include children, parents, grandparents, brothers and sisters. If the employee believes that additional berievement days are necessary, that employee shall be allowed to take reasonable sick leave for that purpose.
