NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council Of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve the attached Amendment to the Personnel Code For Management and Other Non-Represented Employees of the City of Muskego for the period January 1, 1993 to December 31, 1995 as amended. ARTICLE IX - HOLIDAYS 9.01 - Delete New Year's Eve Day Holiday and add One Floating Holiday for non-represented employees in the Clerk's and Treasurer's Offices. ARTICLE X - OVERTIME 10.01 - Overtime is paid for all hours over 40 per week - not "regular shift of hours". 10.02 Add: Compensatory time off may be accumulated, but not in excess of 60 hours at any one time. Add 10.05 (included in 1991 Settlement but omitted from Personnel Code): Parks Director will receive overtime for any will be paid time and one-half at the Parks Maintennace Person hours worked over the normal work schedule for snow removal and salary scale, double time on Sundays. EXHIBIT "A" C. Miscellaneous. Change $45.00 per year safety shoe allowance to $60.00 safety shoe reimbursement. Change uniform maintenance benefit for Police Chief and Lieutenants to be the same as Team 5 Police Officers. Include Public Works Foreman and Asst.
